Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 23, 2026

This policy explains privacy practices for the static developer website at minibossgunfire.com and for mobile games or apps associated with Mini Boss Gunfire Games.

01

Policy Scope

The scope is intentionally split between a lightweight website and mobile games distributed through Google Play. This split matters because Unity LevelPlay and game analytics relate to apps where integrated, not to the static website itself.

The notice may be updated as apps, SDKs, configuration, or law change.

02

Website Logs and Local Interface Data

For the website, the intended data footprint is narrow: static pages, local assets, and links to Google Play. No ad SDK or game analytics SDK is placed on these pages.

Technical logs created by hosting may record IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or user-agent, HTTP status, and basic security events. Cookies or local storage are only relevant if the site interface needs them.

These hosting records are referred to as server logs in this policy.

04

Android Game Privacy Context

When a user installs or plays a game, the app may interact with Google Play services, advertising SDKs, analytics tools, diagnostic systems, and device-level settings. Those systems can process data needed for ads, measurement, stability, and abuse prevention.

The site design was informed by titles such as Spider Fighting: Crime Fighter, Critical Shooter FPS Gun Games, FPS Battle Squad: Gun Games.

05

Data Received by Ad Technology

The following categories may be processed for ad delivery and measurement when supported by the SDK, permitted by law, and enabled in a game configuration:

  • advertising performance
  • frequency and campaign information
  • fraud-prevention signals
  • consent and privacy-choice signals
  • advertising identifiers
  • device identifiers where permitted
  • Google Advertising ID or equivalent advertising identifiers
  • IP address
  • device type and model
  • operating-system information
  • app or game version
  • language
  • general region or approximate location inferred from IP where applicable
  • network and connection information
  • ad impressions
  • ad interactions
  • ad clicks
  • rewarded-ad completion
06

Advertising, Mediation, and Unity LevelPlay

Unity LevelPlay may be used in mobile games as an ad mediation system. It can route ad requests to third-party advertising networks or demand partners, including bidding and waterfall configurations, when those options are enabled for a particular game.

Rewarded, interstitial, banner, and other ad formats may be used depending on the game, region, version, and app settings.

Mediation may include real-time bidding, in-app bidding, waterfall mediation, and partner routing where configured.

Ad formats may include rewarded ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, and other supported advertising formats where configured.

07

Gameplay, Analytics, and Diagnostics

Analytics and diagnostic systems help identify what works, what breaks, and where performance needs improvement. They may process event and device information such as:

  • error logs
  • diagnostic data
  • performance information
  • general engagement statistics
  • advertising-related measurement
  • country or approximate region where lawfully derived
  • game launches
  • session duration
  • gameplay events
  • level progress
  • game mode usage
  • feature usage
  • interaction events
  • game performance
  • device information
  • app or game version
  • crashes
08

External Platforms and SDKs

The website links to Google Play, while the games may use SDKs or services supplied by Unity, advertising partners, analytics systems, crash-reporting tools, performance tools, attribution providers, and similar technical providers.

09

Transfers for Ads and Diagnostics

Data can move to service providers, mediation platforms, ad partners, analytics providers, diagnostic tools, attribution services, or fraud-prevention systems when those providers perform a function for the game. Some privacy laws may treat advertising-related transfers in special ways.

Data Sharing is described here as provider access or transmission needed for these limited app operations.

10

Reasons for Processing

Data may support technical operation, ad serving, ad performance reporting, attribution, campaign and frequency controls, rewarded-ad logic, crash investigation, analytics, gameplay balancing, and security or abuse prevention.

11

Audience-Sensitive Privacy

The website is not designed to collect direct personal details from children. For mobile games, audience settings, advertising behavior, and analytics configuration should follow applicable laws, Google Play policies, and provider requirements. Parents or guardians can use public Google Play contact options for privacy questions.

Children and family privacy questions should use the public Google Play listing contact route.

12

Managing Advertising Preferences

For ads and analytics, users may be able to make choices through consent prompts where available, Android advertising settings, device permissions, privacy controls in a game, or applicable advertising-partner privacy pages.

13

Rights, Requests, and Jurisdiction

Google Play distribution can reach international users. Depending on local law, users may have rights connected with access, deletion, correction, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or ad privacy controls.

14

Security and Retention Limits

Data retention is generally tied to the purpose for which information was processed, including analytics, advertising, diagnostics, security, legal compliance, and fraud prevention. Third parties may keep records according to their own retention practices.

No transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be fully secure.

15

Changes and Privacy Questions

If the website or mobile games change, this policy may also change. Public Google Play developer or app listing contact details are the appropriate route for privacy questions.
